Does upgrading the gun reroll its stats?
The two I looted had the exact same stats. Reroll doesn't work on iconics for me anymore after 1.5 update. Seems to be a hard fixed stats on all Iconics…..
Did you pick up you're first one before the 1.5 update? I rerolled a dozen times and get the exact same stats for the 2nd one in Judys apartment…
