Stumbled upon the prison when i was trying to get inside that Arasaka area nearby (east or south of it?). Was looking for ways to get into the Arasaka area via overhead pipes and/or the Maglev train system. But gave up, since I didn't find a way to enter and from above it did look like the Arasaka area didn't have anything noteworthy inside. :/

I'm aware of 2 police stations , one is actually at foot of V's megabuilding but elevator opens to side of a skybridge instead of a ncpd building interia , the 2nd station is next to a gun store in heywood , I only know it exists there because the gun vendor says it's there because he is anouyed about police sirens and ncpd rounding up homeless people every night , since no signs point to police station it could become dlc perhaps ncpd are rounding them up then taking themy to mental asylum in Santo domingo which actually has unused holding pits in the courtyard that can only be accessed fron roof or window.
