Today I am spotlighting an amazing mod called Vehicle Customizer made by Lemurlord12 which allows you to change the skin of every car you own in the game. Sadly as this is a mod, it’s only available on PC.

  1. It'd be cool if more console games had a tilde-key-like menu. That can be very useful to fix bugs or explore the game contents without needing to reload an earlier save. Console gaming is practically the least freedom in the history of gaming. 😔

  2. Say CDPR was to implement something like this officially… how do you think they'd do it? Because obviously a menu like this is just a simple solution. How would they integrate it within the game? Thoughts? And I imagine it would cost some eddies to change the vehicles' appearances.

  3. Well you can use that but I personally prefer AMM (Appearance menu mod) for that because it just provides so much more along with that. If you only want that though, I guess you can use what's shown in the instead.

  4. Thanks, this is really helpful! CDPR (and other publishers like Bethesda) are so lucky to have these modders. They keep a lot of games alive, even years after the game was released.
I feel sorry for the console players, they may never get mods like these. BTW these things should be available for every version. Don't know how hard would be to implement a system like a car shop in Night City. I know it takes time and money, but car and character customization should be in the game if CDPR ever wants to earn back the trust of the community. 🙂
