  1. I’m grateful for these one and done videos, thanks for the upload. I’m too absent minded to try and find the originals, glad I can inadvertently contribute even more ad revenue to whoever works behind the scenes

  2. Went into Cyberpunk completely blind having seen no promotional material or even screencaps of the game, I just picked it up as a whim purchase and I can honestly say I enjoyed my experience with it. I played through 4 times, my first 3 savescumming all the endings and my 4th was to check out 1.3's bugfixes. I'd probably rate it 6.5 or 7.5/10. The game is unnecessarily demanding graphically even on the lower settings I found and I certainly wouldn't recommend to someone using older hardware. It takes a lot of investment in the worldbuilding and storytelling to see past the major flaws with the rest of the games mechanics. The story also has a bad habit of mostly happening to the player instead of because of the players actions, it's a fairly linear plot with a lot of filler choices in-between to hopefully get you invested. It presents like it's a ttrpg, but it definitely ends up more like a Telltale or DONTNOD title.
EDIT: 20 Body 20 Tech 15 Intel build with gorilla fist and Tinkerbell(OP) is the strongest build in the game and will breeze you through if anyone finds themselves struggling, Cool is useless outside of combat and shouldn't taken don't let anyone deceive you, sometimes with Reflex too, but I get some people wanna use guns. This is true for patch 1.31.

  3. The one time I went to L.A there was a crackhead rolling a huge ass tire down the middle of the walk of fame while scratching his gums and this 6'5" black guy in a diaper crying and screaming "MAMAAAAAAA"

  4. I like Cyberpunk as a narrative RPG but the gameplay goes from mediocre to dreadful at the drop of a hat.

Really clunky combat, terrible framerate on consoles that cast doubt on your aim, and some of the worst AI I've experienced in a game.

They saunter over to you like bink babies, and if they don't blow you up with a hailstorm of bullets or exploding cars, they'll stumble at walking speed and blink slowly at you until you kill them with twelve head shots from a legendary shotgun.

Maybe it's an RPG problem, but I fucking hate bullet sponge enemies. Also the button mapping is so fucking awkward it makes combat unnecessarily loaded.

To switch weapons, open the equipment hot bar, press the button, close the menu. Do it again because you forgot to press the confirmation button. It's nitpicking but responsiveness and feedback is so important to a game like this. Speed, speed, speed. That might be the zoomer inside me talking. There is so much down time in active combat scenarios, don't even get me started on quick hacking.

Also melee combat is so unsatisfying and artless its an embarrassment. I felt absolutely nothing during the street fighting quests. Needs more impact, and a better hand to hand system.

  5. Why would you lie about how you didn't realize the frames were dropping while recording. Is OneyPlays "With Friends".

Do they even actually see what goes on in a game, or are they to busy recycling jokes? Italian, Simpsons, etc.

Most of the time when they actually play a game, they only play a fraction of the game itself. That is what I don't really like about video game youtubers is that they'll only play 5% maybe 10% of the actual game itself and never continue the the playthrough.

Take FF7 Remake. They only made that video because they thought they were going to get a lot of likes and views. And since it didn't they gave up and didn't follow through with the game much like there library of other games they've never completed.

They only do one ups most of the time and never actually finish a game. Literally.
I'd like to see OneyPlays actually sit down and play a game from start to finish within a 6 month window. But guess what? That'll never happen because there not true gamers.

And the sad part is when watch an Oneyplays video, less than half of the video is actual game progression, the rest is them doing dumb gags and jokes that would be funny if we didn't hear it for the 20th time. For real.

  6. I think their problem is they tried to play the main story. Driving around shooting random shit, crashing into things, falling below the map, parkouring up huge buildings, the game is at it's best when you ignore what it wants you to do. That's not a good thing.

  7. For those wondering this series is what started Tomar's descent into contemplating the old rabbi that bit his infant foreskin off and sucked the blood.

This descent spread randomly intp a few other series and continues to this day.
