A couple of choices you make are completely coded into the game. Like when you fight the guy with the gold car. I let him keep the car and the money. Later I got a message and he asked about how his car was. (Like I had it)
The best is like when you rescue someone, a car picks them up, and you are literally driving around, and spot the NPC in the same pickup car like over 2 hours later, literally nor more than a couple blocks from where they got picked up. Apparently they were not in a rush to get home. lol

Saul: Hey look who we got here. May I have fun beating them?

Clearly you should have more subs
Darn tiger claws
Weird. FWIW it doesn't always do this, when I tried this, they kept walking. I assume they go out of sight and despawn, but I'm not sure.
There's a lot of that. Wonder why didn't just have them round a corner and disappear
Guess they put themselves in time out lol
Poll idea-who is more badass Johnny or V

If you follow Meredit's car after negotiations with her, it will reach limits of prologue world and it will teleport in the endless loop.

I never saw this, cuz I non-lethal-ed them…
Amazing how effective mantis blades are, even with rubber tips…
