I was able to use cheat engine to change my player’s beard and color while in game.
Here is where I hosted the cheat table if you want to give it a try.

You will have to install cheat engine to use this and I only have tested this on the steam version of Cyberpunk 2077.

  2. really nice how these contributors tell us how to change using cheat engine but cant be bothered explaining how they get it to load into the cheat engine. Ive spent ages on it and it dont work
