I remember seeing the first trailer in 2013, yes 2013 its till on YouTube if you wanna see it for yourself, and I remember not knowing much about what the topic was at hand I was still in high school during this time and i got excited anyways because CDPR made some of my favorite games, I waited patiently and then the announcements came describing the game basically as a GTA style RPG game taking place in a futuristic cyber city with the ability to really live in and connect with the city and characters and I became unbelievably excited for the release of this title so much so that I preordered it which is something I personally don't do for the exact reason cyberpunk hit me with, however when the game was released what we got was a mostly linear "open world" game with no real way to connect to the city the story was short as hell (I know they said they did that on purpose but if you're gonna make the story short then refine the open world aspect) and the gameplay was lack luster, Jackie for example was shown as your best friend and we all knew something was gonna happen to him but they did it so early he didn't feel like a friend or even an accomplice, I feel my experience as a whole was robbed from me and many other players and honestly if the multiplayer doesn't introduce that idea of "living in the city" actually being able to get homes and go do things you'd expect to be able to do in an open world RPG then I feel that they should give refunds to all the preorders and drop the price tag for not living up to expectations, now that's wishful thinking I know but honestly my view of CDPR is in the septic tank right now and the only way to fix it is to give me the experience they promised.
Pawel isn't CD Project. It was obvious the Hellman thing was a joke because in context he made fun of all the people asking about DLC's. That the surprise wasn't about the DLC was, at this point, known aswell in context of the stream. He streams private for fun and he is awesome. He will probably talk about the DLC after CDPR put the informations out, because he is under NDA and woul lose his job otherwise. Isn't he allowed as a private person to stream without the wishfull thinking of viewers goes nuts? That one isn't CDPR's nor Pawels fault.
But yea, i'm getting upset too, that it's already august and no word 'bout the DLC. The last patch released a month or more ago. If this patch is a few quality of life features and bug fixes for quest xy, then i'm really disappointed and don't know what they did the whole time…:/
Moral of this ? Only believe in what is actually released. Till then you cannot trust anything CDPR or someone from CDPR says. Also whoever is in charge of Communication, Marketing, Advertising needs to be fired. It's very clear at this point that CDPR have no clue what's going on with their Social Media and Marketing in general.

Why are people listening to P. Sasko? That is the same guy who told you CP2077 was the best game ever.
I said this from the beginning of this debacle, Pawel Sasko should have been fired on day 1 of release and I am calling for his head again now after these stupid comments he made on his 'private' stream. This man is a con artist and at best a carnival barker.

I like the game, I use the motorcycle over cars because the driving is sketchy. Some of the stuff has been swapped out. The Mono Wire you find was replaced for an epic bat, (400+ Damage)

Jesus christ, how can they keep purposefully making the wrong decisions on how to handle every problem with Cyberpunk.
Its like they WANT to kill Cyberpunk so everyone can leave them alone.
I enjoyed the game as the beta game it was. At this point, they should only be giving out clear, precise, positive news in regards to Cyberpunk updates. If anything, at this point, they should just simply not even try to charge money for DLC and focus on trying to actually fufill their promises and get people back into the game.
At this rate, its going to severely impact any attempt at another Witcher game. This could even just permanently cripple them like Fallout 76 has crippled Bethesda on any future games of theirs.
No mans Sky is commonly thrown out as the first game to do it, but they're also the only game devs that have done it right. Anthem, dead, fallout 76, seriously crippled, Outriders, on the mend but still hurt from the problems of Day 1.

Um, the community didn't take it the wrong way or out of context, the lead CP2077 dev in a CP2077 chair with his CP2077 T-shirt on interrogating a cdpr employee in the CP2077 game asking him if any DLC will be released and the answer was yes. Ok cool, oh nope it's not dlc for CP2077!! Why would anyone think that? Hmmm…..That's just ridiculous.
At least EA, Activision, Ubisoft, Square Enix etc released a dozen of good games before they become the devil. CDPR pissed on everyone who had them on a tall pedestal just after one hit and they already treat their employees like crap.
Guys you've been scammed-the leaks for epic games were fake the guy on Reddit was lying and the stream citatation from sasko was taken out of context tho I can understand that the joke was really unlucky for the given situation. This community should really get silent with this shitty hype that has turned into a negative/hopeful hype and settle on CPR getting or not getting their game right in 2021.
I wanna vent my frustrations about this channel and how its now constantly only doing videos for the sake of the algorithm. I use to love watching this channel for news but OWG has changed to be a game drama channel. The near daily uploads of the same few games has shown the real levels of content drought this channel is currently experiencing. "You'll never guess what happened today! Nothing!" Like yeah, its only been a day since your last No Updates video. Gotta take some time away from this channel. OWG, loved your content, hopefully you get back to covering gaming news and not beating dead horses. Maybe I'll see you around.
What everyone is forgetting is the fact if anyone has ever seen a person do magic tricks and then ask a magician the secrets, no magician will ever tell you any secrets of how they do their magic tricks, this is said the same way to CDPR, again dude youtuber read the fricken news when they said they are doing DLC its is for Cyberpunk 2077 and if you keep getting fed off of subreddits to reddits itself directly you're only trolling your damn self as well as the community, so thus its your own fault as much as everyone else believing into those places that are likely not even true.

Why is this channel named Open World Games ? All videos here are about Cyberpunk 2077, like there are no other open world games. Change the name of the channel to Cyberpunk 2077 complaining. What is CDPR aiming for these days ? So maybe… Less Cyber and more Punks .
And to think, this game would have been out for a full year now (and still broken) if they didn't delay it 100 times.. I've done all Gigs and Side Quests, all I have left is finally meet Hanako at Embers. I've been hesitant on pushing through the last stretch of the game because once I do then that's a wrap for me. I'd have no reason to jump back into the game until the year 2077 when I'm old and dying and they finally release their first small DLC to get you hyped for their actual paid Expansion drop >_<

At this point, I expect the literal 2077 to come and go long before these guys get their heads out of their asses. All faith in them has been lost. I pre-ordered and didn't refund because I trusted these knuckleheads. Never again.
It's stuff like this that makes me not want to ever buy another CDPR game, EVER again!!! I can't support a studio that doesn't seem to care about its player base.
I am playing it currently and so far i got some minot bugs but nothing game breaking. I am having fun in this game and that is all that matters to me.
Yeah they made mistakes but they did put a lot of work into that game.

Go do something else for a while and come back and you appreciate how hard it is to make games like this possible. Bunch of emotionally unstable kids that don’t know what REAL problems are, it’s obvious the developers are trying but who are you to say it’s not good enough lol actually analyze and focus on your damn self since your probably the one with a problem not them.
