The loot nerf seems to (hopefully) be a bug for now as it just "freezes" all items stats / quality. For now avoid acquiring the legendary drops and focus on the craftables instead.

i play on PC and i normally play with LOW crowd density anyway, it kinda makes it feel more post apocolyptic but still good. if it helps performance i dont see the issue
So the mod slot save reload function wasn't supposed to be fixed or it was on purpose lol. The rng for items seemed fair and normal, im so confused lol. This company guys…..
Disappointed with this stealth patch too, we didn't ask for this fix. At least give us the ability to upgrade to max mod slots and also upgrade any armor to legendary tier. Base game should have these features without going to PC modding.

Also if all the loot is the same for every person, i wont be grinding the same area over and over tyrying to get that GOD roll like my friend did on his 1st time doing that area, if we both pull the same item that makes it more consistant right?
200hrs on ps4 pro all in all good experience but man I need to get it on pc for the mods
I personally don’t save scum, but i can understand people’s frustration. I just get all the legendary and iconic loot for collector purposes and the only clothes i use is the Corpo outfit and johnny’s outfit. I also play on very hard and only have about 700 armour so i don’t feel like i need some super hero armor stat of like 6000 lol. I dont save scum, but i really hope that they didn’t patch it intentionally. I hope they will fix it so everyone who enjoyed it can use it again

Divided we stand riffle was nurfed hard. They shaved off 100 damage after I spent a ton of time upgrading it…
People who complain about this game are the people who are frustrated because they can't find PS5. Just cry guys
unfortunately, this is probably an optimization trick. It is much easier to permanently assign loot to an object than to recalculate it each time we find a box or a body.
Why are people so annoyed that your gun that kills with 1 shit still kills with 1 shot?

Reduce in crowd density for performance on old gen🤔not really a good excuse, other games don't have the same issues.

how about they fix cyberware and skills not working at all, or fix clothing schematics only beeing in stores once and then never again. nah they had to fix the 1 thing that actually made people replay the game and get the best gear they want to have

Yep got that takamura bug … can't even go to sleep.
Just FYI you can not have more then 1 million item components using the duplication exploit, They put a limit to that too. With this "fix" and the fact that you can not change the amount of slots in legendary clothing, I guess there's no point on playing the game again if my next V is gonna be weaker then my previous one, it's just boring but that's just me so I guess goodbye night city. 🙁

No matter, if u have gamekilling bugs, or cant get any quickhacks, cause THAT is bugged too, no, nerfing the loot is the "number one to do thing"!

Damn this kinda kills a second playthrough for me, just imagine your favourite clothing piece had absolutely no mod slots. This makes your V look even more like a clown having to wear randomly what's best.
So to fix the ps4 version their removing even more features?!
This game will forever be the biggest let down of the last 5-10 years first they give us a game that sucks then they patch the things that are “cheats” like they don’t have a million other things to fix 😐 if we want to build a Demi god character let us

Couldn't finish a bunch of quests since the pace. Fixers won't call. Stopped playing for now.. I feared they rush the patches and breaking even more…

Let it go boys this game is impossible to fix from technical stadpoints (on console) and we will NEVER get a fraction of what was advertised period. Next will be a bland broken GTA online ripoff for the fanboys to open there wallet for and help CPDR create the next pile of garbage. Gaming industry is AWESOME. Anyone with a brain will invest in CDPR stock. Fanboys and investors that don't even play games will send your kids to college.
Not having to reload a save a dozen times before picking up an item isn't a bad thing. Having to do a stupid exploit like that to get the best loot is a annoying.
In short don't bother updating. In my case the bugs got more obvious when I updated everytime compared when I just started the game the day it was released
