  1. I don't understand what more the community could need or want. CD projekt Red has already come out and said that they have major updates coming to fix the game on all platforms. Not to mention free DLC coming out and who knows what else they have under their belt. How much more do people need to hear? Let's just give them a chance.

  2. A butthurt console player puts some flamboyant post on reddit, wow that is surprising. Also, I love how the commenter with the "200 hrs in the game" post only did 1 side quest (just doing all police notifications), then complained about the monotony when they didn't even do the other type of side quests that did EXACTLY what they are complaining about. I mean WTF!!! Yeah the police response thing with the cops responding to you committing a crime is dumb as shit, the cops AI are dumb as shit and it is far to easy to drop your wanted rating, but that is just one aspect of the game. I generally do not spend my time going mass shooter and killing a bunch of pedestrians so it really hasn't affected me that much. Also, I would like to know if you actually have played the other intimate side quests that are available? Because there are a lot.

  3. WOW! I literally just said this to my wife, I said if I just knew they were going to bring back like just a small handful of the cut content and knew what kind of dlc's they were working on I would probably be playing still but with no clear plan of what they are doing (ex. Dateless roadmap) I can't play it I just can't, I am unfortunately one of those ppl who feels extremely burned from this, but pls don't get me wrong I do have hope and want the game to be good I just wish it wasn't in the terms of "some day down the road."

  4. I don’t know why people think it’s over. I love cyberpunk. I’m on Xbox One X, and I had to get past a few bugs at launch but to be honest people are to impatient. All games have a few bugs and yea cyberpunk had a lot of them but once everything’s ironed out it’ll get so much better.

  5. I don't see how Skyrim and CP'77 are comparable. Skyrim may have been buggy, but it still launched immensely successful for what it was. It's still buggy and bare bones in features today and people still play it. Clearly it wasn't impacted by it's bugs like CP'77 was. That's a false equivalency, it's just not the same situation. Skyrim wasn't pulled from a major online market, had its price cut after the first month up to -50% on store shelves, while facing two class-action lawsuits.

  6. It's not about FUCKING BUGS.

It's about a game a mile wide and an inch fucking deep.

The city is fake. Its a dead city. The AI is dead. The gameplay is dead.

The story is fucking garbage. Go ahead and fight me.

Cyberpunk is more of a GTA:Cybercity MOD than an actual game.

So I don't give fucking shits what some VActor says about anything bug related.

Never was about the bugs. Its about the message.

  7. No man's sky was garbage at launch. 2077 is okay, but they just need to add content that was cut / promised, and just fix the damn bugs. The game doesn't really need an entire overhaul in my opinion.

  8. Skyrim wasn't nearly as buggy at launch. It's 2020 and we can't accept multi-million dollar companies releasing games at launch all buggy. it was delayed several times and in development for years. You can't be creating hype around a game that doesn't deserve it Open World Games it's time to be critical of this BS and not trying to make sure you can keep receiving early copies and/or sneak peeks.

  9. I really LOVED the game. I’m no my third play through. I’ve never played a game more than once. I really hope they fix the game shutting down. And hopefully add a few more add ons.

  10. I must say the things I was most disappointed about was finally getting into the city, having the watson lockdown lifted and try to enter a building that I saw in the car ride and the door just saying "locked". I think this is one of the biggest disappointments.

  11. I think the game is great despite all the bugs at the launch..I put up with being booted n losing hours of game play but since this hotfix n number of days ago, for me, it's got worse..now the game freezes n I'm being booted more than when it was meant to have issues..now it has become unplayable so I'm leaving it for a few days n let's see what happens..I really hope it does get sorted n soon because it's the future of gaming n what's worse, now the game is half prize..

  12. I've been saying this. Skyrim just didnt have to deal with the level of scrutiny CP has had to, but it was buggy AF. If they work hard and finish their vision, they can totally turn it around.

  13. honestly i don't want to be negative but in my opinion i doubt a full recovery will be possible the best i see is some fun additional content to play overall however the game pales to what was pitched a living breathing game world like no other or at least done better than most lots of interactivity and complexity baked in if this game were to be "FIXED" it wouldn't even be the same game anymore and I am game for that but i doubt I'd be anytime soon and working on dlc feels like a setback considering how much is missing with the addition of what was cut i don't know what they have finished and or remaining in progress on the cut end of content but the i would say the rerelease version of the game might take a few years to get right then I'd think about dlc and oof i dont want to think about the multiplayer

  14. The second lawsuit thing is dumb as shit. I dont see how so many "journalists" are overblowing it.

Its the exact same law suit but exists to include the tickers OTGLY and OTGLF, instead of just CDR.

Otgly for example lets people like me trade cdpr stocks in the uk on t212, where as i cant trade under their CDR ticker.

    Thats all it is.
Its not a different case. Its just like an amendment.

  15. Skyrim had not only gameplay, but story that people actually cared about with WAY more. Skyrim and Cyberpunk aren't even in the same time zone comparison wise. You can not have romances in cyberpunk, no option to live in different areas or houses, no real consequences in cyberpunk for the actions you take, no option for companions to follow you whenever you want. The game is just mediocre at best.

  16. Idk. It’s already been 7 days since that apology video and they still haven’t said anything about what to expect in patch 1.1. Marcin said they would release it within 10 days so we’ll see what happens in the next 3. I hope this game becomes at least 75-90% of what they advertised

  17. I really want to see CDPR succeed. Theyre a great developer. I still believe this. Patches alone wont be able to fix the current issues. Theyre going to have to go into the engine to fix a lot of these issues. But I believe it can be done. I have the highest respect for CDPR, even now. Witcher III was buggy as hell when it was released and it's still buggy…but it's a classic.

  18. I played the game, got all the legendary shit, did all 3 starts, got all 7 endings. Im done with it until they add content. Its an rpg, I wasnt expecting it to go on forever. Now im just looking forwar for other games to come out like outriders. Ill forget about cyberpunk after that.

  19. In my last Skyrim playthrough, I spent two months, 2-3 hours almost daily, without even touching main quest. And then I just took a break to switch to other games, but there still left tons of high quality content. And the main quest!!

In cyberpunk, I finished almost all side content, 90% of which are poor quality ncpd requests or almost same poor quality gigs, in a dunno, one week.

    Not comparable.
As said in reddit topic, It's over.

  20. The game honestly is well set up. I’ve enjoyed the game. The only reason I stopped playing was that I can’t finish the campaign due to bugs and missions not showing up or not allowing to finish. After starting over twice and it happening at different points in the game I gave up on finishing the game.

  21. ngl the melee combat is lack luster and the fights like beat on the brat the homing punches even when u move out the way they still hit you like wtf its sad bc i can see them being fun if done right not angry just disappointed

  22. I would be surprised if they iron out all the bugs in a year. Let alone add in add the cut content players where expecting. Large cuts like branching storylines choices rippling through the game ect. Its just an action FPS with SOME RPG elements at this point. RPG elements have been largely cut.

For example: Outer Worlds is a FPS RPG <———-

  23. The game needs a massive overhaul to salvage it for me. The open world needs to be a lot more interactive. Lets face it, it could be another year before its a decent game to play
