Ultra Graphics Setting, DLSS Quality Preset at 1440P. You guys can tweak it more, squeeze some more FPS out if it without losing much in Graphics, But these setting runs over 60fps outdoor and over 70-80fps indoor.

for all my 3070 brother out here. Try these settings. I am rocking 60 fps in the busiest market in watson with sunlight. Chrom, motion and film grain turn this shit off. Then ray tracing enabled except for reflections, turn this shit off. And put ray tracing lighting on medium boom even in the most hard hitting area you get 60 fps and in the rest 60-80. ah and of course put dlss on quality, everything below quality is for poor fucks who have only 2070 or 2080.

Is this rtx on? Cant be. But why are you using dlss without rtx on?
I get tearings on my 60hz 4k monitor. I made a cap via nvidia control panel to 60 fps and without vsync the game is screen tearing like shit. Raytracing is off. I have an rtx 2070 too. And an i7 9th gen cpu. I also want to play on 1440p but damn these tearings are bad. And i dont want any delay in inputs and dont want to use vsync! Is there a way how i can fix tearings without any vsync on? My monitor has 1 ms. So how can i prevent this? I would appreciate any help
It is the 3900x allowing you to run this well.
How are you getting 60fps on a 2070? I've got a 2070 Super and a 3600X and am only getting around 30-40 fps driving around the city and even indoors.
I know the CPU is weaker, but it shouldn't be that much of a bottleneck, especially since the GPU is slightly stronger.
Did you OC your rtx 2070? Looks smooth 🙂
My pro tips would be to turn off these settings:
– Motion Blur
– Depth of field
– Film grain
– Chromatic Aberration
Slide the FOV slider to 95 or 100. Play a little bit with the shadow settings, but I would recommend medium. Never turn any setting from Ultra to Psycho. Just leave it a high or ultra. Turn on Ray Tracing, but turn RTX shadows and reflections off. Turn on DLSS and put it to quality.
Oh and mate, your settings SUCK ass.

I dunno i am starting to think people are not giving the whole story on why thier pc can't run this game. I have tested it on two pc in my house. My high end pc. I7 9700k rtx 2080ti 32gigs of ram on a m.2 nveme mix of high and ultra settings rtx on high dlss on quality at 1440p I am getting 50-80 fps.
On my kids lower end pc. I5 8400 gtx 1080ti 32gigs ram on a m.2 nveme mix of medium high settings 1440p 60fps.
I have virtually no real bugs or problems 30 hours in.
I thought it was just me. But the city does look dead AF alot of the times.

you basically need an RTX card no matter which one… that's boils down to. YOU NEED DLSS for can play this game at 60fps period.

Notice how the CPU never really goes beyond 50%? Basically on AMD chips it doesn't use SMT, so no hyper threading. This fix massively improved my fps and I can now lock to 60fps with ray traced reflections. 3600+ 2070s.
You should upgrade your GPU ma dude. It‘s bottlenecking your 3900x.
I don’t know why, but to me sometimes my fps fall to 20 and turn up in 1 milli-sec for no one reason. Pls someone help me
