This Cyberpunk 2077 game guide video shows how to defeat an optional opponent in Pacifica as a part of the Beat on the Brat series of quests. You can do this quest only if you’ve already completed Send in the Clowns side mission. You will meet clown Ozob again and he’s your opponent. We recommend that you pick the highest stake to earn 30k+ credits from the victory.
The fight itself isn’t very complicated. Ozob’s attacks are slow, but very powerful – dodge them or at the very least block them (parrying is also an option, but it’s very risky). We recommend the tactic of charging a strong attack, quickly approaching the enemy to launch the attack and then moving back. You can also target Ozob’s head in hopes of damaging the grenade he’s got instead of the nose.

Important – You can't participate in this fight until you've completed Send in the Clowns side mission. Thankfully the boss fight with Ozob can be done at any time, even after completing the main battle as part of Beat of the Brat quest.
XD fun fact there is a second way of beating him, if you focus on his nose alot there is random chance that during the fight the grenade will go off killing Ozbo and also winning you the fight
