Does this still give out the helmet as of 1.1? Because after the chest in the hospital got changed, this might be the only consistent way to get it besides Oda.
Edit: I just checked on a new character and it had a Muddy NCPD Vest. Pretty lame, who knows if Oda even drops it anymore?
