Quality insight. Good content! I haven’t played the game but from what I’ve seen I think you nailed it. It was pretty obvious that Cyberpunk’s main selling point from the start was the art direction and visual design language. It seems to have at least lived up to that.
I dont think its worth the risk considering that 90% of the game is graphics. risky games cant have AAA graphics – it costs too much to make all that art.

I've always wondered what would happen if a AAA studio woke up one day and decided to make a game with indie graphics.
