Found this a couple days ago by accident the cap looks great added an armour mod now has 290 armour on it..
When you do the mission for Wakako to sneak into the Japanese temple, there's a piece of legendary clothing at the part right near where your mission objective is. It sometimes rolled as only an epic when I reloaded, but usually legendary. I forget what it was, but it was something for the upper body, either inner or outer torso. When it came up legendary, I had bad luck and couldn't get it to come up with 4 slots, so I plan to go back for it another time and try again.
Ever since I got to level 50 / street cred 50, I'm finding various clothing that does the same thing – sometimes comes up as legendary and sometimes epic. I wonder if I'm just getting better odds for that now at this level. Maybe before, those same items were only coming up as lesser quality. It might be a good idea to start saving/reloading whenever I just find what appears to be just an epic piece of clothing. Maybe I'll get more legendary ones that way.
And here I thought there was like multiple legendary items in there from the description. But, there’s only one legendary item shown. Well, it’s better than nothing.

This is very cool, I found a item that goes into the helmet slot but the catch is there's no helmet but I get effects of wearing a helmet, I feel like like it's a bug but it still hasn't fixed itself and the real kick in the balls is I have no idea where I got it from, if you know anything would be greatly appreciated
Theirs another by the beach u have to get on the roof and follow the pipes and u will see stairs going around a dark grey silo thing its on top u have to scan the girl and open the box
