Its important to note that items scale with your level, so the later you pick up items in chests and such, the better they are. It is also important to note that going about 150 to 200m away from items can re-roll their stats and quality.

Very cool! Hey, I'm curious. I was exploring the rooftops in Watson with my double jump legs (since my character hasn't done the heist yet, I can't go anywhere else) and one of the buildings had a skylight. Looking down into it I could see a green lit door with the room filled with a few various things to collect. BUT I couldn't figure a way into the place since all places in seemed to be locked. Shooting the skylight didn't work. Does anyone know how to get in?
