A full fledged Cyborg, with little humanity left to be seen. He is the Rival of Morgan Blackhand and dealt the killing blow to Johnny Silverhand. Adam was given a choice by Arasaka after being reduced to mush by RPG blast – either pull the plug or become a full body cyborg. With little to no options and a lack of care for his human side, he agreed and became more machine than man. Adam has no empathy for people or even his fellow employees, but Arasaka kept him alive, so he lives to repay their kind deeds to him by killing the enemies of the corporation. A major feature of Adam is that it appears he does not have a lower jaw, instead, the head of a robot has been attached to his nose.

  1. I wish he was more of a mr.X and Nemesis type character hunting us down. I feel like I’m supposed to be scared of Adam but I legit can’t he doesn’t feel scary to me seems like a huge push over when it comes up to the fight. Wish they did more with smasher

  2. With what you get to see of Smasher both in Cyberpunk 2020 and 2077, he is a ruthless and brutal man worse than a butcher, being that way since before using implants, he has no problems in taking off all his humanity to live and do what he wanted , and because of the opening phrase and because of that adventure he had with Michiko Arasaka, he only sees women as objects, and even in his last moments he does not show despair or remorse, coming to understand that death did not scare him.

  3. This guy was such a punkass biotch… almost one-shot him with that Lizzie pistol I found on a table early in the game. On hard mode. I'm gonna have to do this again on very hard mode to see if he's more of a challenge then but really, if you're level 50, even if you're not specialized in assault, killing him is easier than dealing with most of those cyberpsychos earlier in the game.

  4. 0:34 if you pay attention, Smasher is looking directly at YOU. There is a feature that tells you if people can see you through things, and if you get that before this mission everyone BUT Smasher can't see you. It's really creepy when you notice it as everyone is busy about corporate, and family matters whilst Smasher is staring directly at you

  5. Fun fact! if you get the augment that highlights enemies that can see you, during the heist, while youre hiding with Jackie, Adam can see you the entire time.

  6. Something I'd like to point out in the Konpeki Plaza scene, both times when Adam comes out of the elevator and for the entire duration of him being in the room, he's always staring down your character. From the very beginning, he knew you and Jackie were behind the screen, but did nothing because he knew you wouldn't try anything.
