The reason I locked FPS at 30 is I believe that if you playing on 30 fps for some time maybe 5 or 10 minute. Your eyes will get used to it and it will be normal to play, also it’s will save performance if you have low CPU like mine. and I do this with Cyberpunk or any other high end game.
