It’s safe to say that Cyberpunk 2077 fell far short of expectations. Regardless of that fact, CD Project Red never dropped support for their game with tons of free content and patches. With almost 3 years of support, is the game finally worth checking out?

  2. Let's hope with the groundwork done and hopefully lessons learned, Cyberpunk 2078 will be a RPG as the name implies instead of a typical AAA FPS open world with a few choices thrown in

  4. The open world is just not immersive and is a huge letdown. I can't immerse myself in the game because of that. Feels like I'm playing in a theater with cardboard decorations (the 2d car traffic from far away lol) and not in a lived world (like in Witcher 3).

    For example, you mostly interact with the world through menus (buying food and it spawns in your inventory with no animation whatsoever when the item is consumed). Also NPC's are just braindead props (we were promised that NPC's will have their own routine that we could follow like in Witcher 3) that are used as decoration and nothing else. How could they mess so bad that the AI process of NPC's in GTA 3 is more reactive and lively (feels like the more gaming evolves further, the more we lose acquired skills of previous games, like mirror reflection lol)

    I don't understand people who say the game redeemed itself and put an overly positive review. I feel scammed still after i played it at launch (I'm not even mentioning the bugs, but the overall foundation of the game that feels like a downgrade in so many aspects from games like the Witcher or other open world games that feel somewhat lively).
