  1. Bugs are one thing…but the core gameplay and mechanics just suck. The enemy AI is so easy to cheese that it makes the skill tree and "rpg" mechanics pointless. The armor system is broken (you look like a clown 90% of the time), the worst AI I've ever seen in an open world game. Broken cops. Legit 4 sex interests…when they hyped the game up to more more mature than The Witcher 3, can't buy apartments, can't go to cyberpunk neon clubs or bars to partake in any activities. Night city is just barren. They implemented Keanu Reeves into the game which streamlines the story and takes away any rpg elements. I am honestly in shock that this game is from the same people that made Witcher 3, Hearts of Stone as well as Blood and Wine. It makes almost no sense whatsoever. 6 months later and I'm still in complete shock. What's even worse is that everyone is so focused on the bugs that they are ignoring the real issues with the game. It is genuinely a safe, repetitive game that does absolutely nothing new to push the rpg/open world genre. Everyone is putting blame on the higher ups (rightfully so) but there are just some basic, basic, basic, basic, basic, basic, basic, basic, basic glaring, small issues that add up….which tells me the developers themselves had an "amateur hour" for the entire development of this game. If you ask me, Both the higher ups and the developers are to blame. Everyone involved in this game thought they were the shit just because they made the Witcher 3. Everyone involved.

  3. I thank Cyberpunk. They made me learn a good lesson. Never pre order!, never!, i just wait to see on day 1 if the game is good and will buy it, if not i wont. As for the game company that is doing those garbage stuff, karma will get them at some point, dont you worry.

  4. Very good clip. Short remarks: patch 1.3 should be with us within one week. I am almost certain that it will be there before re-release on psn store. Second thing, first DLC is also “allegedly” coming soon. Myself as RTX3090 and 5900x owner I totally agree that even with RTX on we should hit stable >60 FPS. I guess they for now have mainly focused to make game playable on the older generation.

  5. I think what you have said is very accurate, they certainly created a mist and capitised on it. Hope consumers learn from this. I was amused by the video comparing the AI of a cockroach in Half Life one which is better than the AI in Cyberpunk, It looks nice Cyberpunk but the work that's gone on underneath is poor. As a comparison see the making of street fighter 2 and how restricted they were to produce such an amazing game in a restricted time, it's like we have the technology now but lack the effort (apart from some games of exception).

  6. This "emotional attachment" is not something "special" in so-called millennials. Chill. I am 41 now and ppl my age and older do the same. They just attach themselves to different things (political parties, sports teams, religious and ideological groups, but – also brands).

As for CDP Red… It is hard to explain polish managers' mentality to outsiders.
They will rush the game "because otherwise, the company will lose 10-20% of its value, REEEEEE"
After that, the company loses 50+% of its value – "oh, it is obiously the serfs' fault, not ours". :/

  7. The game isn't good because the lore is too thin and there are no concrete world states to strive towards, just a bunch of pseudo-intellectual philosophical so and so mumbo jumbo, it's interesting for 2 weeks tops and then you zone out and go eh with these ideas.
