    You're almost right underneath it. 😉 👍

    When you drive up that ramp,
    as soon as you get outside, there's a stairway on either side that go up back above where you just were.

    Up there is a little unmarked enemy spawn location (like a little camp)

    Above that is a winding staircase & walkways… Near the top of all that is
    A huge dude hanging around
    And
    A dead dude w/a gold cowboy hat.

  15. I got greedy and started 4 different characters. I very often get a tyrosine injector there. The most annoying was shortly after I paid to have one installed.

    Because you hit level 10, you're now in tier 2 equipment. Ripperdocs now have arm and leg cyber wear available. Notability Lynx Paws for stealth runs.
