After the second mission with Panam you can find the Free car inside the tunnel, (everybody knows that) but The free car Rayfield Caliburn is not in the same place, maybe he is in another location?

From what I know, things changed a few months ago, so we’ll before 1.5. You now have to reach a certain street cred level (40? 45?) and there will be an exclamation point on the map indicating an undiscovered quest yet.
Need level 40 street cred.
I've heard you need to go in the cave between like 230 am and 330 am and have 40+ street cred. I've got 50 street cred and went to the cave at the right time and no luck. Maybe they took it out?
EDIT: I found the shipping container with all the goodies in it and got a quest that tells me to get in the car, but the car is still not there. Must be a new bug eye roll
Sure is frustrating having CDPR mess with the game so heavily halfway into my first playthrough.
I remember videos of people clipping through some gaps in the the tunnel but I cant recall being able to just walk through
The quest appeared for me just now after hanging out in Japan town talking with takemura. After getting the parade info shard I hit street cred 45. Looks like you need street cred 45 for murkman returns again once more forever.

Update about video: You were all right, I needed to have street kid level 40, I remember that before you could get the vehicle very soon, since the launch I had not made another new game, that's why it was strange not seeing it after the Panam missions

So do I gotta hit street cred 40-45 before hitting it. Last time I got it on my old save shortly after launch I went there at 11:55pm and it spawned after a few trys but I was maybe about street cred 10… did they raise it or something? I can't get it to spawn in I've tried about 10 times so far.

BUT if you bought a colburn the black free one will be missing.
Been months since i played I think 2 gigs were required before the 1.5 , I remember data shard describing delivery of a caliburn either from a wakako or Regina gig and then 48 hours after ghost town main gig it would then spawn in cave.1.5 recent play I know secret food processing bike can still be collected before completing highwayman so you can hide main gig marker after completing main story by not talking to the boyfriend at all at the memorial bench because highwayman has no GPS marker , the secret bike garage code is 0214.
I hate that tunnel with sweet passion and I will never be able to walk or ride my bike through that tunnel with my eyes wide open…..I got tunnel fobia, so that tunnel is not helping me, but i did get the car. I dont know why I got the car, I mostly just use the red bike when I am out riding in NC and the badlands.

Wait so can someone explain… I’m at level 43 and when Panam got a room I left the bar and skipped 24hrs. Went straight there and don’t see the container.

I drove threw tunnel and car wasn't there.. Drive through until you reach outside the other end.. Then skip 24 hours twice in a row then drive back through and car was there
The car is no longer in the game you have to buy it you cannot get a free one disregard this video CD project red has said this many times just understand that it’s just not there anymore
