I was stuck at the search the bridge. But I messaged regina and completed it.
Odd. I’m trying to do this mission now and there are cops and max tac there. Wont let me get close without a fight.

I had the same problem with the Quest:Demons of War. I got a call from Regina to investigate the area again even though i already neutralize
the Cyberpsycho guy. Then i came back to the area to use the computer to get information, But then nothing happened, So i decided to restart my game and when i came back the computer was gone. I was devastated and hoped that they'll fix it. I decided to just continue playing the story and side missions, Then i came a cross another Cyberpsycho a mission that located in the wastelands (There are few of them out there) My point here is that even if you did not reply to Regina, you are still capable of finishing this quest. Especially when i had the same problem as you guys. Just continue playing and make sure after doing many side quests you'll face the final Cyberpsycho. Apparently the game detects that you neutralized the Cyberpsycho on Demons of war mission, So do not worry about the part when you need to reply to Regina. I managed to finish the quest even though it still shows up on the map and as unfinished gig. its 17/17 completed!

I was max street cred and had finished the campaign by the time I found this bossfight, so I literally beat in him three hits XD
I read the computer but it didn't trigger the next objective

has anyone figured out a way to fix this quest!? i read the Laptop & nothing happens. this is my very Last psycho
People who are encountering the bug whereby they are unable to complete the "search for information" objective despite accessing the computer.
It seems this is linked to not receiving the phone call and follow up message from Regina on approach to the scene.
The solution is to enter the area from beneath the bridge rather than on top, this will prompt a phone call from Regina. Then just go about finding the Cyberpsycho on top of the bridge, kill/incapacitate him and access the computer. The objective should now be completed.
I've seen people find this bugged in a few different ways, but this just worked for me. March 2022.
