I approached him with anger and hatred after searching the whole area 20k in mind inside and out after finding i had to select it to track him, i took a baseball bat, smacked him up dragged him outside on the road called a vehicle and ran over him a few times for good measure, then drove off mad >:(

I got my gear, killed everyone in the hideout, and then tracked down Stefan and blew his head off. I didn't get the 20k but it was worth it.
