  1. i bought it on pc for $60. played it all the way through twice just to make different choices. Game looked great.. fighting was fun. it crashed a few times but meh… far less than say.. fallout 4. The plot was goodish, with the diving hard in the end game.

on the surface the game seems really deep. if you talk to anyone more than once… you quickly find out its paper thin. The games set was too ambitious for their engine. It reminds me of AC unity. Like , ah i see what you are trying to do but its just not going to happen with your current technology.

  2. I actually feel bad for CDPR. They had a vision that got rushed and bombarded with expectations. Due to Witcher 3 massive success they were expected to do something so over the top , (Which too me doesnt make sense cause Witcher 3 is there only massive hit idk why people suddenly seen them as someone like bethesda or ubisoft) within what? 6 years? Thats pretty typical making a game from the ground up. A project like this shouldnt have been rushed

  3. I've got to admit, I am far more likely to go lenient on dev that produced a broken game than one that made a boring game – Skyrim, Fallout 4, Phoenix Point, Wasteland 2, those are kind of my jam

  4. I think people are just waiting for new content. Most people that actually care enough to return have done pretty much everything there is to do and are just waiting for the 1st expansion.

  5. I mean the player drop is natural, even if it wasn't in a bad state. It's a single player game with a rather limited amount of content.
I have seen everything in the game on my primary character and am in the middle of my second playthrough, but that is a relaxed once or twice a week affair.
Guess the "I have seen everything the game has to offer." kind of feeling has settled in for most people that didn't have major problems with bugs.
People are waiting for more content.

  6. So I think a percentage of the drop off to our gamers like me. I think they need to work quicker on the next GEN patch. So I had the Xbox one X when I bought this game and I have to say I was enjoying it and the bugs were not that bad to me, however I recently finally got a series X and now I kind of wanted to quit playing it because I want to play a next GEN version of it.

  7. I wish cdpr put more of their budget in to development. Marketing seemed like a big waste considering how much community support they had. And marketing can be relatively inexpensive in the age of internet as nintendo and sony seem to acknowledge by not participating in E3 anymore. Some companies like Tesla dont even have a marketing budget because the customers advertise on their own for free. Cdpr had that kind of favor and definitely could have played to that strength.

  8. Well I feel like due to the wasted potential of the RPG elements, leading to only a few unique endings, really makes people feel like this was a really linear game and as such warrants no replayability. Personally, I just reloaded the final save a few times to try all the endings. Until even more changes/fixes come or enough time has passed, I doubt returning player numbers will skyrocket because they've likely already seen everything this game has to offer

  9. I played the game from the begining to the end, but the copy I played was from a friend. I will not buy cyberpunk in it's current state, but maybe if they add some of the missing features that they promised and weren't there, I will.

  10. The game I have is very different from what your playing mine has a serious grain and mushface problem I got it for the pro but it plays like a ps3 or a fallout game

  11. They already made good numbers even after the refunds. Them pushing out updates to fix the game bugs and work on dlcs after that shows they care about their fans and it isn't just about the money . They could have abandoned and called it quits. If people are still angry and can't see them making hard efforts to fix their mistakes and make the game better than the last update, then you already made up your mind to hate on them .Just move on to the next game and stop checking on cyberpunk just to hate.
