So where are very positive news about Cyberpunk 2077?
We have 1 Paid expansion that might be more expensive then we expected and one patch before they axe the game.
It won some award it had little reason to be even nominated.
The only thing i would call good would be settlement(for someone), the rest of video was sending brace yourself feeling.
As someone who has worked on shareholder class action lawsuits I cannot overstate just how small a $1.85 million dollar settlement actually is
no one cares until we get 3rd person….. what a dumb idea for a game………. why would they throw away half of their fan base……… I wont play until they figure it out or bethesda makes a cyberpunk game correctly

I hope they have more finished than we think and decide to drop the dlc in the spring. You would think they might take advantage of the new hype and keep the wave going.
I like CDPR as a company but releasing a broken unfinished game and being forgiven so quickly just beacause they fixed a game that shouldn't have releassed broken and putting out and anime sets a dangerous example for other companies. Forgive but never forget
Do I think Cyberpunk qualify for the award? Yes
Do I think Cyberpunk deserve the win? No
At the end of the day, Labor of Love is a popularity contest and shouldn't be taken seriously.

I had no issues on ps4 with Cyberpunk 2077
IDK why this would get labor of love award when it's had zero new meaningful content in 2 years and is only NOW in the place it should have been at launch. You don't get effing props for doing what you should have done in the first place….
I stopped playing on steam, been playing on the ps5…at 140 hours XD
Personally, I look at Cyberpunk winning the "labor of love" reward as more of a very clear sign that people LIKE cyberpunk and want more of the series, in whatever form they can get.
I am currently playing Cyberpunk on my PS4 Pro and it is EXTREMELY buggy, and crashes once a day. Things take a minute to load and some missions are literally unbeatable. I love the game and have about 20+ hours into it… It's so strange to see videos of other people playing it on different platforms and not experience the same issues. Just found out my PS4 will no longer receive any more updates on the game, but I am already so invested in the story, I don't want to quit now! 🙁
in terms of budget,.. makes me think all the money went to voice actors such as Alba and Keanu, i think the gameplay will be lackluster and on rails.

Hire famous actors = budget skyrockets. for all we know the expansion could be as small as JigJig street and every other dollar was invested in Keanu Reeves & Idris Elba

I just look at cyberpunk 2077 and think about all it could have been, if it hadn't been rushed. It could have been a the lofty heights of the Witcher 3, that defined a generation. Won so many awards and is a game that cyberpunk in my personal opinion isn't, Is it an okay game sure. But it's not great, it could have been so much more. If people are enjoying the game that's cool, but my memory isn't that bad. While I don't like carpet bombing a game, I can understand why some people feel that way. For me that labor of love award, would have gone to hello games and no man's sky. A redemption story I can get behind, cyberpunk isn't that. Still lot's of things in the game that don't work or were abandoned, like the big casino or the metro system. I don't forgive CD Project Red, even if others do that's fine. And now I have to think about whether, I want to give them my money for the DLC coming out. I really don't know about that, I guess I will have to wait and see people play it. Probably pick it up in a sale, probably like I should have picked up cyberpunk.
Cyberpunk 2077 hands down would have won game of the year if it was exclusive to newer hardware.
I think they will try and send off Redengine in a positive way with this expansion.
To be honest fallout 76 did way more to save the game than cyberpunk 2077

This game is and will always be horrible. Just like Callisto Protocol is graphics are good but the fundamental gameplay is caca.
i think cyberpunk earned it's nomination but i think, even with me not playing it no man sky disserved the award far and away more than cyberpunk

Talking about its longevity, it's important to note that this game has no multiplayer and no repeatable (or radiant) quests. Still it maintains such an audience! Quite a feat.
