In this video I’ll be melting down some scrap aluminum ingots and casting the machete from the game Cyberpunk 2077. I started with a 3D model that I found online and made a mold of it in petrobond sand. I then melted down the aluminum ingots until it was a liquid metal and poured it into the mold. I finished it by grinding and sanding down the rough edges and painting the handle black. If you like this video, please give it a thumbs up and hit that Subscribe button for more.

Hey everyone! I hope you all enjoy this video. Let me know what else you’d like to see made below and have a great weekend! 👍🏻
Thanks for sharing
I have a good idea why don't you try to make really tiny stuff like a tiny knife
Another great video. Looks like you're gonna need more shelves very soon.
Awesome as usual Adam
Craftsman
Could you pre heat that mold by placing it near the hole in top of the furnace?
Nice job
Sweet bro thumbs up I tweeted you out
the machette turned out awesome. another great vid
wow that turned out pretty cool 🙂
Great casting there mate 👍 Groot said it's to Die for! 😲😁🤣👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hey, I have a question for you. Is it ok to start casting with a cast iron skillet and a wood fire? (Melting aluminum cans)
Nice weapon and love the game WEELLCCOOMMEEE NIGHT CITY
That sword looks very good man! As always, nice work!!!
😯omg bro I freaking love that machete
Cool, now you need to make the Friday the 13th mask to go with it!
Love the decorations BUT HOW ABOUT Steel Forging?
Love it man. Came out great. Ya know I was thinking, I think the next step for the channel could be basically a restoration video, except it would be just fine tuning your cast like filling voids, squaring up with files, sharpening blades, adding hardware, leather wrapping for handles, ect. I just got caught up in a moment of wondering what this blade would look like with another 10-20 hours of work on it and thought,"Damn that could be a whole separate string of vids" and thought I'd share my thoughts. Love what you do regardless. Stay safe and happy melting.
👍
Cool !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice work but I am of the opinion that painting the handle is a mistake. I would have cast an alu-bronze handle onto it to make it really stand out, but I understand that you didn't want to mix metals when you go to weigh it in for scrap in the future.
Nice work and many thanks for making this video.
What are those bars you use for weight on the corner of the molds
That’s Awesome!! 👍😁
Awesome work, truly looking forward next week video 🙂
Looks great!
What do I think… If an intruder comes into your house. Their life will never be the same after you address their bad decision with that thing!
Best one yet! Keep them coming.
3:34 – almost expecting to see:
"cardboard under crucible prevents fire brick from sticking."
pop up on my screen, even tho I know it's the other guy who says that.
Your video style & his are surprisingly similar… must be part of it.
Awesome video and cool piece turned out great thanks for sharing
Came out grate man thanks for your time
That was great. Gave me some ideas on what I have done wrong trying to make that old lumberjack 2 man hand saw with rings on the end for handles. Almost had given up after over a dozen failures. Well time to try again.
Do youwant make your own frames? Cool melt!! What is that you change on the tanks? How do you know the numbers you should use with different medals?
Wake up Samurai, you're not going anywhere with a dull blade !
If you can find it try VENOM fruit punch. They are .99 cents. Tastes way better than monster and is much worse for ya lol. Also on a hot day like that why not stick the fernace outside so it doesnt heat up your garage.
you just made a cyberpunk machete and none of the features on youtube stopped working
Best job bro👍
Nice sword. I would of polished it up to a shine.
A globe with the land masses raised would be pretty cool
Nice
I have never played the But I liked the blade. And if it is hot for you I know it must be killing my from here in Ohio they are out there for vacation we were supposed to go but I had surgery on my foot and can't get around too good plus I like going out there when the temp hovers around zero here
