Given that real work on Cyberpunk has started only after Blood And Wine, 4 years is still some crazy pace to make whatever we've gotten in 2020. And overall, 7ish years of active development for us to receive the game Cyberpunk is today is mind boggling.
I think many gamers forget how much more complex games have gotten. It all takes time and ungodly amounts of workload. In span of two or so decades we've gone from massive game titles being coded by few nerds in mom's basement into thousand people dev teams. That's massive industry shift happening way too fast
Yeah, well. I feel for the people who had issues with the game at launch. Personally on PC, I had nearly no issues. Seemed only to have the rare T-pose. I get more glitches now, while using mods. Have a beautiful, week old pic. Of most of the body of an NPC, floating behind, her walking clothes.
Nah, this is gonna become the norm. Board members are gonna see that it’s acceptable to release unfinished games and finish them later. You can already see this with things like battlefield 2042.
