Adding in a bit here since I see a lot of people bringing up the black Rayfield Caliburn. It is not linked to choosing to help Panam with Nash. The car appears once you hit 40 Street Cred, and is shown to you that it’s there via a quest. This has been this way since Patch 1.3.
You only miss out on the iconic weapon, Widow Maker.

So both path get you a vehicle
This is bad choice. You can buy that exact car for cheap, while helping Panam will reward you with a black Caliburn car which is the fastest car in the game. Also, if you decide to buy a Caliburn, it will be way more expensive and will only come in white and gold color.
You can buy this car again later for like 65,000 I think

You also get a Shion Coyote for ratting her and the others out to Saul before they steal the basilisk, although you completely cut off the rest of the aldecaldo quests, panams romance, and the star ending

I have romanced panam in all my gameplay so far. In fact, I didn't go to nash the first time and got this car without knowing it. Next time I play I will romance with Judy

Panam aside, the car just ain’t worth it, in general. You can literally still pay for the car AND still side with Panam. Win-win.
Who cares about a car. There's a ton of cars in the game that are better. The guns is to good to not get. Why would you want a car when you already have one. But you don't have that iconic weapon. And can't get it ever if you don't kill nash

I played the game like this when it first came out and got Jack diddle. Every time after I helped her out and now I’m finding that I could get the one car I spent so much time doing the stupid police things for money. I thank you for you infinite cyberpunk wisdom

Doesn't the Calaburn only appear after you do that quest tho? So you get a car either way… and one of those cars is just a batter vehicle. And you get a gun along with that better car. And Panam will like ya more. So really I'm just gonna side with Panam for more stuff.
