Hey, nice vid, I found the Crafting Spec for the Recon Grenades, in a box next to some thugs in the gas station, Santo Domingo, near the quest to buy the Thorton Colby CX410 Butte, Piez fast travel. There's a Crafting Spec too for the Flashbang Grenades in the same gas station. 🙂

It looks like as of Update 1.2 – Gash is not there anymore – now it's Rare Frag. (10 reloads, always the same).
Also – Char Incendiary now costs 2 green (battery?) + 3 blue (circuits) + 2 purple (capacitor?)
disassembly nets: 3 green (wires) + 1 green (battery) + 1 blue (circuit) + 1 blue (cable) + 1 purple (capacitor) Overall a net loss.
