  1. What got me the most with this bit was just how much CDPR lied to us, folk directly asked if there was any way to save Jackie and they straight up said 'sure, that this was just one potential path.'

They said the same thing about some of the romances, that X or Y had their preferences, so you would have to work hard to get them to fall for you.

  2. This game just makes me feel sad. You can just see the path where if they'd just made… almost every decision they made… differently it would have been fantastic, even if it had released in the same buggy state. I know that sounds like I'm saying 'haha the game would be good if only it weren't bad' but most bad games don't take the time to show you the good game it could have been in a cutscene.

  3. This is becoming one of my most anticipated series, the constant references to the tabletop and lore is really making me wish I'd known about the setting long before now

  4. That opening scene is something I encountered too. Just been gunning down thugs out on the street, and heard someone crying out in pain. So, over I go to investigate, and it is one of the thugs… but missing a leg. He was clearly dead, shoved against a wall, one leg a fair distance away from is body, and going "Oh it hurts!" Yeah, no shit.

  5. Yorinobu is a massive Anime fan and wants to be like Adrian Rubinsky boss of Phezzan in Legend of Galactic Heroes and have his henchmen behind a wall ready to shoot people.

  6. Always nice seeing this Cyberpunk content. I was always a big fan of Shadowrun myself and although I know that setting inside and out when it comes to 2020 I'm quite lacking.

Real shame it got done dirty like this, though

  7. Had two mission breaking bugs in Cyberpunk 2077 across three play throughs, but nothing game breaking. Just started playing Fallout 4 since it went down to $10. So far I've had eight crash to desktop (it can't handle alt-tabbing out of game) and a dozen game breaking bugs requiring restarts to backtrack from save files just getting to Diamond City in Fallout 4. Writing is vapid and pretentious in both games. Terrible aesthetics in both games. But Fallout 4 is abandoned while they're trying to fix Cyberpunk 2077.
