  1. i feel like they nerfed the damage on quickhacks too like your short circuit in the video barely doing 700 damage at lvl 60 mine was nearly doing that before at lvl 30 before 2.0

  2. Something to bare in mind is that memory wipe is only super expensive at legendary as that one hits everyone on their squad and works retroactively. Epic wipe is only 8 I think. Shock is definitely more broadly applicable but wont prevent already having been seen

  3. can you please do a build for me? a john wick/ assassin build that uses pistol sniper knives but can also use AR/SMGS When sh*t hits the fan. thinking stealth in mind no points in intelligence since i dont plan to hack anything

  4. Awesome, thanks! I'm looking at doing a body/tech/intelligence build – a close quarters brawler with some shotguns and explosives in the mix, and use overclock for control and ultimate quickhacks to cause some chaos at mid range and let me close the distance safely. What do you think is the bare minimum in the intelligence tree to pull this build off? Is the middle tree enough or do I need to branch out to the left side too?

  5. For those thinking the overclock sounds dangerous and will kill you – add Biomonitor (automatically uses your health item when below 35% HP) and Blood Pump (Functions as a powerful health item) to your circulatory cyberware, put 4 points into Body to unlock the first tier, and put a perk point into Painkiller, Comeback Kid, and Dorph-Head. Congrats, you now have basically infinite health and thus infinite RAM 😅

  6. My go-to is the Tetaratronic Rippler; Sonic shock > overheat > reboot optic (doesn’t need to be a high level one as you are just using it to trigger a synergy) > Synapse Burnout
The Synapse burnout is cast at a low cost but the target us usually dead after the overheating so with the right synergies it becomes a decent Ram recovery.

  7. I just found out that you don't really need ping if you have the kiroshi oracle optics, of course ping is still good if you want to be extra careful but I'd rather save that slot for something else

  8. I really hate the new tracing system. Netrunner was the only build that made stealth harder.
I can headshot a guy with a pistol or throwing knife and no one is altered, but now using hacks puts a trace on me….unless I go through extra hacks like Sonic or Mind wipe.

  9. One of tbe perks you can get makes it do that you can counter-quickhack enemy netrunners through walls, and all of their allies will receive that effect on completion. I intentionally start combat saving my ram as best I can waiting for a netrunner to attack me, then the entire enemy group becomes cyberpsychos

  10. I recommend against using legendary memory wipe in most situations. Lower tier ones are much cheaper but only affect one target allowing you to slip by with ease. Legendary memory wipe is an ultimate version that will drop all enemies out of combat against you as well as make them unable to perceive you.

  11. What i dont understand is quckhack spreading beafore 2.0 if i remember last year u could spread all quickhacks if i remember correctly, but now its only poison that spreads and i had short circut spread couple of times

  12. if you decide to backstab songbird you get the blackwall tech. you can legit do 5 suicides in a row + blackwall which is insta kill 6 targets. you can add on contagion and overheat for the rare times you face more then 6 opponents but ya one shotting adam smasher on very hard is kinda busted.

if you wanna have fun do throwing knives only.

  13. As a netrunner build I’m so incredibly upset with the update. The only untraceable quickhacks cost an unbelievable amount of ram. It’s not as fun as it was. I can’t even distract an enemy to take them out bc I will get traced like wtf? And with ping the marked enemies go away so I have to ping every few minutes ugh this update sucks !

  14. It's weird because with Quickhack 2.0, I went from "Am I doing this wrong?" to "Jesus Christ everything is fucking dead" and I still don't quite feel as if I grasp the combos or how to 'budget' my RAM correctly. I bottom out my reserves so fast, yet the results were still sufficient. Though the tracing is mildly annoying. I switched to a Sande because it allowed me to be more judicious with my usage and not alert enemies, but I will revisit a Netrunner in my next playthrough.

  15. Nice vid man. My favorite quick hack combo is (in order of application):

    Sonic Shock
    Short Circuit
    Reboot Optics
    Synapse Burnout or Overheat

With the right build and perk setup, the cost of each one drops as you go down the line.

And for most enemies, you never actually get to overheat. 😀

  16. You didn't mention the combos – in the middle intel tree you get massive bonus to damage if you use control quickhack first in queue and purple and better quickhacks have good synergies – contagion for example can be exploded with any fire source – overheat, thermal monowire, prototype shingen mark v smart submachine gun, … Combined with raven deck you can cause massive chain of explosions with contagion and shingen.

  17. The game ending one is so much better now if you build yourself right you need body 15 for the 20 percent more health and adrenaline with the 10 percent more damage overclock hit the adrenaline then just go ham you'll one shot elite enemies with the 10 percent more

  18. Synapse is great because it extends overclocks duration by 5 seconds each kill and you can get the cost down to 10 ram if you kill 3 with it. I can do an extended fight with Overclock active the whole time by weaving these in after popping a health item.

  19. synapse burnout + 3 cyberware malfunction guarantee almost infinite overclock and hp with ram ( 40 hp for each quickhack in queue + 80% of used ram for quickhack in queue when enemy defeated) also without crit synapse deals 2k-4k damage, with crit 15-30k(i was shocked when i installed 100% crit chance for quickhacks)
