  1. I hope you keep doing builds. I like how concise you are compared to other content creators. If you want an idea for a future build I think I and others would be intrested in a net runner build with this new 1.5 patch.

  2. I recently bought cyberpunk after watching your builds since the throwing knife update and have been waiting for this

I really want to mix it with an unarmed build but it seems there is a lot of inconsistency with perk effects like you show

  3. Got some awesome builds. Took notes from 2 of your previous videos.
Trying to refine a Brawler. (One punch man is not possible any more.) But a build with the ZetaTech Berzerk as a corner stone. Flash / Fists. RAGE. and the fight is over.

  4. Great build. Great explanations on how and why, and also leveling how and what to get when. No extraneous things that aren't needed for the build to work with enough points left over to do whatever you choose. Thumbs up and my hat is off to you sir. Liked and Subbed.

  5. I really want them to rework the perk that reloads all knives, as I kind of like the playstyle being complimented by having to retrieve them, and make it so you can throw as many knives as you have like the Revolver River gives you. Call it "Pin cushion" and give the build that gambit/TF feel

And if you lower knife damage slightly you make the poison much more attractive for people to perk towards/craft plus the iconic knife Scorpion gives becomes the holy grail

  6. From my experience, I’d highly recommend Kerenzikov for this build, and the Maneuvering System. Air dodging while prepping a throwing knife gives you an edge on your precision, plus 1.5 buffed the hell out of Kerenzikov’s distance covered while dodging. Plus it looks awesome, so of course it’s good.

  7. you gotta admit, a night city legend that is known to only use throwing knives has gotta be pretty badass.

crime scene inspectors or gang members would be walking through a massacre that recently happened only to find everyone involved has a knife lodged in their skull with scary iconic precision that matches V the knife thrower

  8. Some notes for anyone looking for legendary knives:

-Beat on the brat mission (@ Animal's Gym) offers TANTO and KNIFE crafting spec (you can complete the mission lethally, sparing the vendor's life, then using optical camo to remove his agro while he's in the back room (lower level)).

-The strongest knife in the game off the bat is the STINGER (iconic), which is gained from a specific trigger during the Panam storyline (look it up because it's very specific & missable)

-I found a legendary TANTO in the room where the Roh is during the Gig: Bloodsport (lower watson).

Tip: save and reload before you pickup to get legendary (gotta be level 40+ I think)

  9. Any idea what I should spec into with the other 21 points? I'm torn between technical for crafting legendary equipment or maxing reflexes for bonus blades perks so I can use the mantis blades sometimes for a little weapon diversity.

  10. since respecing is so cheap, i'd say do the stats as he said, but put perk points into upping blade damage and running that arasaka sword you get from the heist mission from the av on the roof. then later on once you have the necessary level's, respec your perk points and do the knife build. that way early game your still a damage dealing monster, but late game you become the best dam blade tossing ninja you can be.

  11. At 8:42 you mention that once you purchase a legendary knife you don't need to worry about upgrading since legendary equipment now scales to you level in 1.5. My knife certainly isn't continuously scaling to my level — what gives?

  12. Looks good at 29 lvl. But what about 50 lvl? And when you really need get knifes while leveling? Without perks and zatatech mk3 it don't looks good. With this build i can't buy gorilla arms and other (you can't sell or off this and it can interrupt switching knifes)?

  13. In my playthough, I brought down Mega Corp Arasaka with a sawn off Shotgun, a throwing Knife and a handful of sticky Grenades. I finished off Smasher with a throwing knife to the head lol. Had to use Sandevistan at the end.

  14. Perks which state "blade" work but perks which state "melee" do not work for throwing knifes. Both type of perks work while using it in close combat (not thrown).

  15. Atm I'm working on a an idea for a hacker poison bleed build with blades and contagion. Just wondering if throwing knives will scale as well with bleed as it does with poison? Not sure if the bleed applies to thrown blades.

  16. v1.5 is so disappointing. You basically need to be half-way through the game before your build is anywhere near fun to play, and the enemies are so buffed-up there's no playing in "very hard" mode if you want to be stealthy… unless you're OK with doing nothing but takedowns. They should have stuck to bug fixes.

  17. True that most of the blades perks don't work when you're throwing the knife but I still think it's a worthwhile pickup. As you showed here, there are several enemies who use sandevistan and automatically dodge all bullets, throwing knives, etc. In these cases just running up and using melee attacks works great and at reflex 18, you can pick up a perk that gives you 20% health back with each blade kill. And if you're really not crafting legendary weapons/armor, then putting 2 points into tech so you can craft threat detector purely for money making is worth it. From there you can throw points into whatever you want but I think Int to take advantage of some covert quickhacks would be worthwhile. Never done a throwing knife build though so I'm just speculating here

  18. why do people hate fingers so much? i think he is alright. at least he tried to fix Evelyn.

Fingers is a lot better than 6th Street and the Scavenger Gang. and i think Fingers is better than Placide, he is the dude i want to punch in the face multiple time. and i specifically left him half dead, after killing his entire gang.
