  1. I have had Neon Arrow show up at Wilsons and one other gun shop at the docks near the monk the Malestromers modded. I have also seen it in the city center gun shop but that was in patch 1.3.

  3. 5:00 I've noticed that you don't need to skip time but just save before opening the store. If they don't have what you want just reload and it'll randomize the inventory. They seem to be similar in time so i guess it comes down to preference

  4. Great Video as always. You deserve a lot more subscribers for the awesome content you put out. I really wish the reload speed mod was available at a vendor, i love my Comrades Hammer a lot, and this would make it even better😅

  5. Me i personally use the penetration, crunch and pacifier mods on all my weapons but depending on what type of iconic I’m using determines the fourth mod. In the beginning I just used crunch heavily focused on damag not much else. Imagine a mod that makes any gun abele to penetrate walls.

  6. Something to remember about the Pax Mod: If the weapon you put it on has a lingering damage type like Burn, THAT damage can still kill a target. I've had this happen with several cyberpsychos.

  7. I wish there was a vertical counter mass I have the a mod that adds it put both countermass on a problem solver shit is insane it’s a laser beam of bullets I did it on the buzzsaw too which is fun aswell but not as fun as problem solver for obvious reasons

  8. There is also a weapon mod called the ''autoloader'' currently unobtainable except by cheats. It basically allows you to have faster reloads on certain weapons when you empty your entire clip. There are 2 reload animations for most guns the ''normal reload'' in which you reload the rifle/pistol without resetting the bolt/slide if you still have bullets inside your clip, and a ''full reload'' where you have to chuck the bolt/slide of the gun after you completely empty your clip, extending the reload time. The autoloader mod removes the latter and treats every reload like it is a ''normal reload''. This mod is useless on guns that don't have a bolt/slide (lots of smart pistols and revolvers for example) or the difference it not really noticeable (most pistols) but really good on weapons that have a very punishing full reload animation (carnage and SOR-22 on top of my head).

I'd say it's between PAX and white knuckles. It's very good on some weapons, uselless on others.

  9. The best thing about the Countermass mod is putting it on a weapon that rolled an intrinsic perk of not having vertical recoil. I managed to find a legendary Saratoga SMG with the no vertical recoil perk, stuck a Countermass mod on it, and it became a literal laser with zero recoil. It was one of my favorite weapons for the rest of the game.
