  3. Many characters throughout the game have their eyes glow blue briefly while transmitting information over the net someone could easily just be monitoring what's going on through their eyes

  6. Theres a good chance that these people are connected to NightCorp. They dont advertise ANYTHING and operate everything from governments to street vendors from the shadows of Night City. Very little is written in-game about them but the more i look into the Corp, the more the blue-eyed men start to seem connected.

  7. Seems to me rogue AI from across the Black Wall are running Night Corp and using it to do shady shit in the real world. Sandra Dorsett discovered that Night Corp was experimenting with mind control and memory manipulation. They're the ones behind the mind control and personality changes of the Peralez's. Gary seems to be a former employee/test subject who escaped. Mr Blue Eyes is also one of them, high up or even the leader. His constant glowing blue eyes are a sign he's possessed by an AI.

Ah experiment 122-22A the lizard weapon, the lizard weapon was made to out do your average soldier on the field but because of a few budgets cuts and other companies competing the organisation was forced to make adjustments to human subjects which resulted in the individuals the we see here (although usually they'd have a more animal appearance meaning that this is a later spy version)

Lol I’ve actually heard of that (conspiracy) one of the things I heard about was one of the guys that did astral projection for the government, went to Antarctica and there were large alien beings. Another thing was the speculations of media being controlled by other dimensional demonic lizard man cabal, or the whole world

    Personally I believe it's not a internet world. I believe the Net like our world is a world closely resembling the Feywild from D&D but not. The best way to understand this side quest would be that the "Rogue AI" are more like the African Americans during slave trading. AI are having their Abraham story and I'm excited to see if we are the Union or we are Confederates
