Update 2.02: Enter Dogtown without Phantom Liberty Expansion in the game Cyberpunk 2077. The requirements are the GUTS Shotgun, Fortified Ankles, and Air Dash ability. The first thing you need to do is to climb the Kiroshi Building near the Stadium Parking fast travel terminal. Then you navigate across to the next building and climb down next to the Stadium. You then use the GUTS shotgun with Fortified Ankles to do a super jump up to a walkway. I have a way to get in there without dlc, immediately after Watson opens up the streets, and with no cyberware mods. check my shorts for cyberpunk o.o.b.

I wanna see what you might manage to find there that I maybe have not seen. I explored the area for hours and found a single npc in there… 😂
I think this closed door is the same that have a Crime activity that has a boss fight, If I'm not mistaken, it's a tunnel going down and its entrance is in the same area, but very far away.
