Scavs are complete scum. They do exactly what the doctor does but worse. They rip it out of still living, unwilling "donors"

I went into the building without talking to the priest outside. Thus I was initially confused by the scene between Nika and the doctor. I didn’t like it when she started poking the doctor, so her head fell off.
