══════════ Official Game Summary ═════════
Set in a dystopian Cyberpunk universe, the player assumes the role of “V”, a mercenary in the fictional Californian city “Night City”, as V deals with the fallout from a heist gone wrong that results in an experimental cybernetic “bio-chip” containing an engram of the legendary rock star and terrorist Johnny Silverhand (played by Keanu Reeves) threatening to slowly overwrite V’s mind; as the story progresses V and Johnny must work together to find a way to be separated and save V’s life.

  1. I was already figuring on Stealth being huge in Phantom Liberty. So i was figuring at least level 15 in cool, 20 in tech for cyberwear, and body at least 9 or 15 as well.
But all trees seem useful and poweful if you build with a focus and weapons in mind.

  2. I guarantee you, you dont need skills to play phantom liberty, you can play with no skills, just upgrade weapons and cyberware and youll have yes a more challenging experience, but its not impossible

  3. Perks can be reassigned on the fly. Just click middle mouse button and you uninvest your skillpoints. Thus assuming you have the right attributes, you can simply respec for stealth, do the stealth mission, and then spec out of stealth afterwards. It feels to me as if this makes it less important to invest in particular perks and more important to have the attribute foundation for the character type you want to play.

So let's call it Cool 15 (potentially) for the purpose of stealth, Reflex 15 for mobility, Body 15 for general tankiness, and let's be honest, you'll want Tech 20 because that's how you get as much room as possible for implants. And that means you can't invest much in Int because you just don't have the points. Realistically, however, it would seem like one can either tank with Body or hide with Cool, which means getting both to 15 might not be needed, which would then leave room for Int.

  4. I hope I don't need dash, my Reflexes are 3 and will remain so. Don't the new second tier perks need a staf of 4? I updated yesterday and did a quick respec, and was frustrated that 2/3 of the Int tree is pointless for my pure netrunner. I don't use smart weapons or monowire, in fact I don't use weapons. And I hate abilities in games with pro/con aspects like Overclock has, even with the healing it can give. I like slow and steady. So I had nowhere to really put my perk points. Which I guess is fine, since we lose all the perks we got from grinding out the sub-trees. Oh well.

  5. There’s a lot that I do not like about the perk changes, some perks are worse or changed entirely, some were removed but added to your character anyway like sprint not taking stamina and then some really good perks were removed and not added to your character by default which is annoying, mostly the crafting perks and how we didn’t keep the majority of the benefits from those perks
