  1. Probably the best way to get legendary components for most people right now is to buy legendary records at the pawn shops and break them down. They start at $90 then as you level up they go up to $900 per album, but still worth either way. I don't even need to do that now though because I've sunk so much into tech and crafting I can just craft my own legendary parts at this point.
