yk that when you have skilled into intelligence you can have an ending that is good for all parties. I actually think think without that possibility the quest is better off. Idk but i feel like the endings from the main choices feel more like cyberpunk especially when you destroy the core
I love that Johnny isn't necessarily likeable! It makes me love his character even more. Went my first playthrough as his friend and my current one just being the antithesis of everything he stands for haha! And the latter has been a much more entertaining path, dudes a prick! 🤣
I don't know why anybody would listen to Johnny. My first and only playthrough so far, I've ignored him almost entirely. I let him take over my body once total, saw what he did and vowed to never listen to him again.
Woah I didn't get this mission… First playthrough I completely the Delamain car missions too late and ended up going to finish the game. Second playthrough I blew up the freaky car in the junkyard because screw letting that creepy thing live. Next time.
Can't believe how much this game is missing yet the devs instead of delivering bit by bit and redeem themselves like NMS did they worked on an anime. The ANIME does NOT make the game better, it's still shit with hardly any features and quality of life in it. Modders have to do the devs job and fix it. What a piece of shit team!
Having chosen both options. I found the rewards feel backwards. If you have the 10 points for the 2nd option you don't get anything extra. If you only have the lesser option of pushing the button you actually get more content out of the game from the car talking to you later. Maybe 3rd playthrough I'll destroy the core and see what happens.
Consider this. We know what those personalities were like before they were brought back. They are monotone and only have one side of all emotions you need. Just consider what the cab who only know anger will do, and you want to set him free? I think the best option if you can't do the merge is the reset. The danger of those rogue cars are to great.
"Reset" is protecting status quo while other two are progression. Probably why Johnny hating it so much. Since it doesn't matter what you pick "Delamain" as you know him will cease to exist anyway, so I'm with Johnny on this one.
I rebooted Delamain. To hell with Johnny on this one. Four of his “kids” where homicidally insane, one was suicidal and one was trying to break the black wall. Only one was probably not utterly insane, and that’s the terrified one. Ultimately the juice wasn’t worth the squeeze at that point. Rebooting delamain was the only surefire way to be certain no more lives would be jeopardized
I pressed it but I wanted to leave it or fix it but didn't have good int. I think I just wanted to complete the mission and thought if I just leave it wouldn't finish
If you do this you get interesting conversations with Delamain, (I think this is the better one) If you destroy the core you get some messages from him only. I haven't tried the techy solution yet.
None of these decisions that piss off Johnny matter. The only thing that matters is your dialogue choices during Chippin In, which is honestly lame.

johnnies boos mean nothing, ive seen what makes him cheer
Nothing really, like most of the game everything is an afterthought. They should have called it "Starting Location" instead of class.

"Gonna murder a cab driver's kids cause he asked you nicely and he's always been a good guy?"
Gonna let a dude suffer and die just for people you're not even sure exist or COULD survive on their own?
Honestly, if I didn't have the merge option, I'd have pushed the button.
I let them free. Very funny text messages after that.
remember kids, if your hallucinations are telling you not to do somthing, dont do it
how tf do you have 69 unread messages? That bothers me watching this, I can only imagine if I were playing.
Johnny is mad AND disappointed in you.

I wish the delemain cab worked as a mobile fast travel vehicle, call it up and get in the back then select a fast travel point

How am i gonna be a respected merc if i dont follow the orders my employers give me

i agreed with Johnny so i slashed the core with my katana and now i have my own delamain car
Damn didn't know Johnny is so sentimental about AI. Maybe because Alt became one?
and here i am failing that quest because i accidentally abandoned one of his cars
I can't imagine not having the 11 intelligence or whatever the check is to merge them into god mode Del… Its such a cool ending to this quest.
What mission is this I dont think I've encountered it on my first playthrough
"Gonna murder a cab driver's kids cause he asked you nicely and he's always been a good guy?"
Bruh, I ran over five people just to get back to this building and you didn't say a thing
Kinda scary how i just did this mission. And now im getting videos on all social media about alternative choices
I pressed it but I wanted to leave it or fix it but didn't have good int. I think I just wanted to complete the mission and thought if I just leave it wouldn't finish
