  1. also many items in containers that you find in epic quality, you can actually save and load, there is a chance it spawns as LEGENDARY! needs about 10-15 resets to get legendary max slot version in my experience

  2. You can make lightning rider reinforced racing suit that has 4 slots and covers much all other clothes. Looks kinda like killbill. There was one that was copy of killbill one but haven't found lege version of that yet.

  3. Doesn't seem to matter how many times I reload, or how far back I saved. It's always the same Epic jacket with 2 slots and 120.6 armor. In the past when I've reloaded saves to get max slots on an item, the item was at least a little different each time. In other words, every time I reloaded, it would change the slot numbers and have random mods in the slots, which shows that it was random and different each time. On this one, it seems like it's the same no matter what.

Is it possible something changed with a recent patch? Or what am I missing here? I'm level 30, so maybe that has something to do with it. Still, you'd think that it would still be different each time, even if not Legendary.

  4. Thank you sir. I also just learned that if you don't like the way the your high armor clothes looks, you can wear the special outfits, like the wetsuit you get for Judy, any armor you had before equipping the suit will remain

  5. Why do YouTubers still quote the stats that are randomized upon approaching the items?
"4 mod slots" that particular time you picked it up.
Even explaining it in the video just proves you titled the video as click-bait.
