The I Fought the Law side mission continues with a slightly bug addled section where you need to get into a warehouse and find a way into the Red Queen’s Race Club. The first challenge is actually finding the location for the entrance, which you can see fairly early on in the video. However, there’s then a bug that doesn’t clear the objective and that will continue on right the way to the end of this section, so you can’t progress. However, you can check out the video to see how to get around it.

  1. I have a bug where I cant talk to River before to start the quest. He's just floating above an intersection in Heywood and not near the quest at all, and it doesn't allow me to speak to him. Any suggestions?

  2. So, basically there is no "fix" other than doing the whole thing over. I had already cleared out the whole club, talked to River again, confronted Han, and was told to visit the Peralez again…but I couldn't because the "find the Red Queen" was still active. That's about 20-30 minutes wasted.

Edit: Okay, so after backtracking by loading an old autosave point (25 minutes) I paid very close attention to what actions triggered the completion of the quest stages. It turns out you must WAIT for RIVER to enter each area surrounding the entrance before you proceed down the elevator. Once he's down there, he won't be coming back up that way, so there's no chance to trigger it again. So, when you find the entrance, wait for V's voice line about "interesting", and River's "a hidden entrance". WAIT for River to board the elevator FIRST.
If you do those things, it should complete the "Find the Entrance to the Red Queen" which seems to be where most get stuck.

  3. Or in your journal simply select the other option, should just complete without it. The game is somewhat quirky with determening the "connection" between things sometimes.

  4. Didn't work for me, went through the Warehouse, got into club, watched the tape and still nothing, tried everything, and I still have this guy following me and I can't talk to him to continue the quest

  5. easier way.
the bug is given because if you get inside the container directly above the entrance, the game for some reason glitches out, counting as you getting to the entrance but without giving you the checkmark, that then doesn't activate when you get again in front of the entrance.

just avoid that loot and go directly to the entrance and it should check it without issues

  6. I just got Cyberpunk 2077 two months ago, (this being October2021) and I'm having a lot of fun, despite the gun combat being somewhat tough even though I chose easy difficulty level. The only grip I have is doing side jobs like this and having to get somewhere specific. This helped me a lot! Thanks!
