I miss the good ol' days when CDPR was the hero, and they were a beacon of hope in the industry. Now it seems, they too have fallen.
Wow. Things escalated quick.
It is so sad. Instead of talking about the gameplay, the story, the characters we are talking about the launch catastrophe.
Just give us the game they promised.
After all the warnings I bought Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4 anyway. I played it on my PS4 Pro and so far I'm having no issues. The fan does get loud from spinning fast like on my Xbox One X. I use a small USB fan to blow into the intake to help keep my consoles cool. And I clean them out every 2 months.
The bugs are not the biggest issue this game has haha No.. the biggest issue is that it got SO OVERHYPED I ligit thought you can do lots of cool things in this game from all their trailers. The least thing they could have added as they SHOULD HAVE, was that you could modify your V the way YOU WANT! isn't that the coolest part about playing a "cyber punk" game?!!! This game is a huge FAIL because of all the things its actually missing and NOT just because of the bugs! Its so boring in my opinion compared to what we have expected it to be!

Can Anthem come back?
This just seems like predation at this point. Everybody's trying to get a piece now that they see the vultures gathering. Where were was all this when anthem or fallout 76 turned out like trainwrecks? At least cp2077 is a good game under the managerial incompetence. I'm all for making companies pay for their greed, but christ there are so many better targets. This all just seems overblown.
I hope they hold them accountable not only for fixing the bugs and stability, but fixing the core systems like AI and animation, and finishing systems and features they promised would be in the game and aren't such as vehicle customization, dynamic weather events, crime system, apartment customization and upgrades, and so many other things shown in trailers or said would being the game and aren't.
IMO, such a fine does not directly fix the issues caused in this case. It could potentially worsen matters for stakeholders (mainly investors), so maybe an approach where CD Project is forced to take extra steps in mitigating the negative impact on all stakeholders (including investors and consumers). If those issues are addressed, such a fine might do more harm than good (and might raise questions on the motives of the organisation imposing them). Not accusing or saying my argument is 100% correct, but some food for thought…
Under investigation for what? Not being as good as some people on the internet hoped? Developers need to stop telling us about games until theres about 6 months to go, the amount of entitlement is mad. Yeah its got its issues but a lot of the "missing" content was never even said to absolutely 100% be there in the first place it was just expected. Whether it's as good as you hoped or not, there is objectively a playable game from start to finish and that's all CDPR owes anyone. The only thing that should maybe be looked into is allowing it to be released on last gen consoles. Even then the only truly bad things I heard about were people playing it before installing the day one patch…
It's a shame because I liked the idea of putting the limelight on CDPR as the "good alternative" choice to the games, business practices and exploitation that comes from others like E.A., Activision, 2K, Bethesda, Konami, Ubisoft, Tencent etc…but Corporate upper heads and wealthy shareholders holds are extensive.
The one who could profit from all this is that which can create a "beer holder"
It’s a fucking game and you guys are dragging this wayyyy to far out , this is what happens when you guys are used to be spoon served from a silver plate – THE GAME IS FINE and I’m not a huge fan of this game and it plays really fine , you guys in this generation will complain and get a game delayed if a frigging patch of grass isn’t the same swaying in the wind at 120 fps smh this is why gaming sucks now cuz of the community is so greedy , and expects sooo much for free really – fuck off with that I remember when back then we could all enjoy simple stuff and actually have fun – now it’s all demands and spending hard earned cash :/ and us consumers made it this way now RIP gaming cuz no one can actually enjoy things and be grateful- that’s why we have more companies failing demands and getting away with shady practices, cuz y’all fickle , dumb and impulsive to spend on just whatever shits out , this game took 8 damn years to make ( nearly ) and y’all STILL ain’t happy – omfg you guys can suck joe Biden’s Wodden pedophilic pecker

The thing they pisses me off more is this would never happen to worse gaming companies (EA, Activision, Bethesda, Ubisoft) despite those companies releasing broken products too.
And of course, the ground level employees are taking the blowback full force, not their bosses
