Phantom Liberty will be Cyberpunk 2077’s only expansion, and alongside the impending 2.0 update it presents drastic overhauls of numerous gameplay mechanics and systems.

There’s also a fresh espionage-based gameplay to get absorbed in too so it’s likely players will have to tweak V’s playstyle, abilities, and cyberware to get the most enriching experience with the DLC.

This feature aims to highlight 13 such activities to undertake in anticipation of Phantom Liberty, from shoring up back balances, equipping the best quick hacks, acquiring the toughest cars fit for vehicular combat, plus a handful of quests and side activities that’ll provide ample training prior to jumping into Phantom Liberty.

  1. there some information that YouTubers are forgetting to cover about new character frst I would not do a new character now because with phantom liberty there will be 2 different ways to play frst play all the way thew the hesit and act 1 or skip ahead to phantom liberty witch skips most of the carp in act 1 like the 2 hours of doing the hesit as a day 1 player with over 6 times beating cyberpunk going thew act 1 is boreing plus if you not a simp to a terrorist character aka jhonny you want to limit seeing his bullshit now do not take phantom liberty lightly it's v most dangerous mission you not going up against a corporation you working for nusa witch sill has a government in cyberpunk

  3. For all of those saying to do a new Playthrough for Phantom Liberty. How am I supposed to do a new Cyberpunk 2077 Playthrough when I just started 3 characters on Starfield and 2 characters on Baldurs Gate 3?!

  4. CDPR can go to hell for all i care, they had the chance to create a truly wonderful world and they did to some extent. But their focus of Keanu and ramifications for the player character ruined the game immersion. You have V coughing up blood few seconds back and now V is jumping all over the place and punching people into stratosphere. I believe CDPR cut out so much of the story that what they stitched back together just never was going to be a cohesive plot.
CDPR like a lot of other AAA studios over promised and under delivered, yet they were supposed to be different.

  5. Something I can't understand is why they haven't shown off no Male V gameplay I mean based off the front game cover and all the gameplay that just shows the different new variant ways of playing has been nothing butALL female v dialog and scenes. Where is male v in phantom Liberty?

  6. I’m going to abuse the crafting perks on my main save to then buy whatever I want once the expansion drops and also make a new save for a complete play through. I just hope the money doesn’t reset once it drops 😅

  7. This game has been in a more than playable state since the 1.6 update. I have 400 hours in the game. If you didn’t like it then, I can’t imagine you will now. Reworking talent trees and improving AI doesn’t change the plot.
