Note: I've used the implant for the ricochet rounds and couldn't get it to work with that either. Maybe my game is just busted. Let me know if you guys got it to work.
Edit: My game is in fact just busted lol. I just tested it and I took off the mod then put it back on and it started to work. (so this confirms you can't get them to ricochet without the mod working) Sorry for the confusion, I don't think this would have been a problem if the Xbox One version I've been playing on wasn't so damn buggy. I'm half tempted to say screw it and just buy it again for PC.
U can get the eye thing from viktor guy to help u see the ricochet
The craziest thing about the police is that if you kill them all.. which is about 3 group spawns.. eventually the wanted level will just go away and no more police spawns. Trust me, I've tested this about 5-6 times now

For the power/Ricochet weapon I would try using kongou

Smart bullets do better tracking around corners if the enemy that is highlighted is within the big crosshairs [ ] once you notice a little red square on the body then that will allow better bullet tracking

You can also jump in mid air with the power jump. If you run off a ledge you can jump.
That island you were johnny with saburo arasaka watching the arasaka tower get burn.
I swam to the island from the back since theres a gap in the border wall were you can get out, took me an hour but the entire island is just non solid and theres nothing in there.
The „nothing for you just yet“ is a hint to the endings of leaving night city, the monekys who made this mess dont do dlc
That same text comes when you try to drive up a mountain in the badlands🤔 wanna see those dlc's already lol
Man i hope cdproject red fix this crap fast, it destroys the feeling of the game. The police is game breaking i mean if they don't fix the police the game is broken.
it works for me and ive even managed to get shot by my own bullets a few times
To guide the bouncing bullets you need a mod at the eye and a cyberware at the hand
howdy! I adore exploring games out of the map and would be happy to show you what's in and on the "DLC" rocket ship island! I've been there! Most of it is rendered, but not everything.
lmao the double jump “myth” isn’t a myth, I do that all the time with my samurai build. Perks obviously help but you can jump down a deathly fall, jump again AS SOON as the fall becomes survivable. Just don’t try falls that are too big. (Yes the second jump window is small)
@6:40 you can take perks that increases the damage of the penetration effect of tech guns. Also some tech guns (Widowmaker) perform this better than others.
I’ve been hit by richocets from the enemies , but I’ve never gotten a single kill or hit that I am aware of.
Destiny 2 needs that type of DLC protection

You have to have a cyberware mod for kiroshi implant I just found the very first time you go to vic ripper doc. I duplicated items at first chance going to drop point and made plenty of money and found one to buy so the ricochet rounds do work
the police stops spawning after killing ~10-20 maxtec guys in a short time. I'm not sure wether that's intentional game design (like the police is trying to cut their losses) or a bug.
