It turns out there are legendary quickhack terminals in Cyberpunk 2077 where any time they give you a quickhack, it’s always a legendary one. This happens regardless of intelligence level and you don’t need datamine virtuoso.

The only legendary hack I use is shock. It adds to the damage by shocking the target of any weapon. It is fun to watch them take double damage.
a lot of people are being affected by a bug where we are not getting quickhacks from Access points . It Is unclear yet what causes it , have you gotten this bug or know any info ?
I think my game has that bug, I have the 100% perk and I’ve tried lots, all 3 hacks used all the buffers etc but can’t get one from a terminal, also didn’t get the award for doing 3 in one go,
I'm on my second playthrough at level 15, I have 6-7 legendary quickhacks… The level 39 threshold is wrong
The bug I hate. Is in 1.06 but not 1.04 the clothing merchants only offer the first time you meet them legendary clothing BP. After that you will never see another in their inventory. So you have to save before the first time you talk to them and reload until you get the clothing you want to make.
the gig at 7:10 is the one where you kill the politician for the Padre.
So you can only hack those terminals once?
You can go back in after you finish the gig at jack n coke.
The bug for not getting any quick hacks is caused by a mission "The Gift", you can end up with a ping quickhack going directly to your backpack inventory instead of the cyberware slots. You cannot dismantle, sell or drop the ping mod from you backpack so the only work around at present is to unfortunately start another character and avoid this mission. My first character is bugged, second one works as I won't do this mission again.

There's only 1 technical you must have (should use) as the entire map is littered with them. [ Extended Network Interface ] Which highlights any/all network interfaces.
As far as your character, there is no minimum level required. Your probability increases as you level up and/or level the technical quick hack skills.
Example: Obviously, a noob who just installed the game, is not going to be given leggo hacks.
Myths:
– you need to be a certain character level to get them
– you can only get them from high difficulty ranked terminals. (difficulty is listed beside the terminal when you approach it as a number from 3-15)
– you need to complete all of the daemons successfully to get one. (advice – put your emphasis on the bottom Daemon if you need to choose.)
– you can only get Leggos from terminals. (This is why the ENI hacking skill listed above is important, as antennas, forklifts, Vending machines, etc etc are all in play.
Tips:
– For some Leggos, you'll need the lower tier versions, so save/buy them when possible
– Failing an attempt pretty much guarantees you not getting one, so put some effort into learning this skill.
– This video is about "not specking Tech". You can't avoid the base "3" points, so might as well use them to your advantage.
– EMI and "almost in" should be on your shopping list. As well, you should focus on these 3 hacks: Short Circuit, System Reset and Ping as they'll become your best friends.
– It's a pain, but looking in your inventory and checking your stash of hacks to see if you were successful after every attempt should be part of your routine. We've all gotten Leggos and didn't know which terminal/device we got it from.
And finally, if you do want to increase your chances, but don't want to max out Technical, the minimum is "9" quickHacking to be able to attempt all devices.

There's one more in 7th Hell if you go up to the second floor, through the security room, through a bathroom, then in a small hallway before the VIP room there is a terminal on the wall.

Morlucius here, I did 12/13 only reason was that 7th Hell door. If you want the 7th Hell bathroom just pay the door man.. I only didnt open the door as i am trying to do a hard save that dont have any points spent and dont have no story done but the main 1st Hiest.. Rest of the points can be done with not one attribute point spent.. its just the one at 7th hell that you cannot without spending some into tech
the first 4 legendary quickhacks i got are the ones i didnt have at all. cyberpsychosis, detonate grenade, optik and weapon glitch. great vid 😀

Yeah I think I got that bug. And don't get started about about trying to use mods for clothes and cyberware. Somehow I spec'd my character in such a way that I had to play that last Don't Fear the Reaper mission with 70% health that I couldn't refill after I tried to stack all the auto heal perks from the different tree's. So don't try that!
Its not that you don't get quick hacks because of the bug, you get the hacks buy can only see then in your inventory if at a sell point.

i could help out console players if you send me your save file.. could easly remove the bugged ping from the inventory
there must be way more locations i had like 30+ legendary "obv loads of identicals" i had the highlight perk and did every one at like crime or side missions
has anyone noticed when they get the quickhack?, like if you have to solve all 3 datamines? or just the last one? or just any of the 3?
there is another one at the 8th quick hack location 7:47 in the garage in the back in one of the crawlspaces. Got 2 legendary quickhacks there at that location

So does this method still work on the Patch 1.1?? It seems like they removed random spec'd drops, but I don't know if that applies to quickhacking access points.
The level requirements and most other things in This video is totally wrong information.
Does it tell you if you get a quick hack? Or does it say legendary components? I get components from everyone I go into.
Hey I'm on an access point (but not one from this video) that drops a legendary every time but I can't seem to get critical movement legendary quick hack. It's the last one I need and I reloaded my game about 40 times now and I get a legendary quick hack each time I do this terminal but it's just not loading up the one I need so are there certain access points that drop certain legendary quick hacks or should any of the legendary quick hacks pull from any access point?
Hey nevermind it took 47re loads and I finally got crippled movement legendary quick hack after reviewing your video if anyone does Street kid as their origin if you explore a little around the the Coyote Bar for that fast travel and then afterwards get in Padres car to progress the game once the whole scene with Jackie ends and you have control again you can actually fast travel to Heywood again and then you can level your character up to 50 just a little farther down underneath that Highway near another bar. Once you finish leveling up you can actually travel to all the other cities even if the lock down is still occurring most missions and gigs wont load in other cities but you can still explore the areas so you can get in without an issue for the most part. I got to act 2 and shortly after I started that's when I got the quick hack bug so after spending 200hrs on the game I did an old save file before I even met dex in his limo and just used that fast travel leveled up and then explored the other parts of the game and since I hadn't started act 2 yet I was able to get all the legendary quickhacks before I even started the heist mission… this guide is great if your low level and all but what would be the point of getting the legendary quick hacks to doing netrunner hacks and cyberware unless you put in at least 12 into intelligence. There would be seriously no point. I started going for the access points after I reached level 50 and I did the datamine perk just to speed thing up but I honestly got 4 legendaries just from access points that were level 4 requirement. Anyway I think the bug happens when you start act 2 so you might want to try and get these before hand. I also made a few video guides on how to level up fast check them out if you want. My weapon of choices is the Achilles, revolver and katana which I got the black unicorn one. Tech weapons shoot through walls and highlight the enemies and if you get legendary ping you can quick hack through walls too..
