she has no crafting specs for sale when i go there :/ did like 30 24-hour time skips.
Edit: If this happens to anyone else, I found a solution. Make a new manual save BEFORE entering the store. If the hat spec is not there, reload the save and try again.
I think it's patched, whatever I do she doesn't restock.
I have never seen any legendary recipes for gear in any shop ever… Even with max street cred and max crafting. Starting to think my whole save is fucking bugged.
It’s randomised… went to this shop and where the cowboy hat was is a mod for Soft-Sole where I can use it to land softly. Really wanted the cowboy hat schematic but this is just as good for my stealth build.
nope, it doesnt work… probably a mod of anything like that
Don't loot her, save outside and reload that save until she has the legendary Cowboy Hat. This works as of today.
Ps4 player. Tried waiting and tried reload saves. Still can't see the specs.
