As of patch 1.3, you can no longer conserve momentum by air-dodge jumping. This mod is required to restore movement to the way it was in patch 1.23 and earlier: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/2271?tab=files
In 1.3, CDPR added flats to TweakDB which cap maximum ground and air velocity. Probably to fix random acceleration bugs like trying to climb through the window in Ghost Town and getting flung a mile away. The downside of this fix is it kills all movement based gameplay. I hope they revert this change.
