When I went to go disassemble them I was really confused because they weren't there, turns out its because I have the perk that auto disassembles 'junk' lol

What I don't understand is why the gun vendors aren't selling the legendary components for me anymore. In my last play through they did, but now I've got my current character to lvl 29 and epic and legendary components aren't showing up in any of the vendors. It's really frustrating because I want to upgrade my legendary gear (not craft new ones) and I can't find anywhere to buy the parts I need.
Those aren't legendary item components though, and what's the point of using this exploit? Might as well just open the console and give yourself whatever you want at that point
