The car is not bugged. you need to do the mission with Panam where you kill nash first. if that mission isnt done it will not spawn.

Do the side missions first everyone I gurantee not only will you fine legendary items and legendary bp you will be so strong before you start main story mission

Also found the cat food at a police warrant area in the badlands near the main highway killed I think four or five guys and was in one of the tents. A lot easier

The black car is not bugged. You need to finish missions with panam and then visit the cave after midnight but before 3:00 a.m.
its not bugged, you're pushing the wrong button.
Besides the guaranteed spawn in the Arasaka warehouse, cat food is also a random drop. Check your inventory first to make sure you don’t already have it before going to the trouble of trying to get it under fire! It’s considered a food item, not junk, so it’s unlikely you’ve bulk sold it.
The Caliburn will spawn a day after you help Panam kill Nash, otherwise the cave will remain empty.
I came across the cave by doing another mission, so explored it anyway. And ya now car to find. Haven't gone back so will try again and hope it's there.
I found the cat in the very beginning but could just let it. I will try you're way because got cat food. Hope it will work! Love cats but did you noticed that it's a naked cat,meaning the breed people have made is that cat. Nice channel by the way. By the way, some how a can't sell stuff and by it back cheaper. I know how to do it but doesn't seem to work. Or I'm doing something wrong. I know what buttons to press and make the screen so you can still see the vending machine while selling stuff. But when buying it back the prices or enormous?
If can't get the bike just park a car by the door and get out of the car it will open
Bike wasn’t there for me but it appeared in list on phone to call
Cat food is available in tons of places not just location shown
I had to use the jump button to enter code to get bike after doing mission
there are mutiple locations for cat food, forgot to make a note of them but this one is easy enough to get
