  1. I did bluemoons (and failed it my first time), I missed the roller coaster at first but I got to go back and do it (with out the people hanging around, version 1.03), I never sided with Stout even though I herd about the quest.
I'm too used to playing fallout so I ignore the main quest line well doing all the side content (NCPD stuff included) first, it gave me alot of "unknown till X objective done" side things rather quickly once the trigger for them was completed for so long so I didn't have to wait ages for them to pop, just wait ages for the next in the chain if there was one.
The issue isnt as bad now on version 1.61, but I think I'm going to downgrade back to 1.03 as I can't upgrade anymore if I want to continue playing the game (1050Ti 4g / Ryzen 5 1400 / Damaged mobo).
1.03 also had a fun bug for the us cracks picture with kerry, it would force it to be added to windows (10) desktop wallpaper even if you didnt include it. Was hell trying to remove it.

  2. I knew about Stout (I side with her on my first playthrough, then on my second and third), I did the rollercoaster once, not knowing why I didn't get it on my next game, but I definitely not knew about Blue Moon's quest and the Highwayman, thank you very much!

  3. I was surprised by the Blue Moon quest, and the follow-up text conversation. Of course there's a reason we don't hear from Stout again, she did a bit of deep sea diving… I prefer the organic nature of these quests over the gigs. Turning off gig markers and just exploring Richard Night's city and stumbling upon quests feels like an organic way to play.
